Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Discountrz will provide a free return or exchange at no extra cost.
• If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, dislike of the color/design, or ordering the wrong size or product, the return and exchange courier charges will be borne by the customer.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
